Coaching is a partnership, whose sole objective is to help you achieve your goal.
-
As a coach and hypnotherapist, I bring to each session the resources based on my professional training and experience and my listening skills.
-
You bring your gifts (conscious and unconscious), your awareness of self.
I mainly employ NLP tools and resources to challenge, model and identify the causes of problems and set out objectives.
I use Hypnosis so that work at a deep level can be carried out, based on a heightened state of consciousness.
At the end of first meeting , we will explore together what the objectives of the coaching will be, along with the number of anticipated number of sessions.

What is coaching?
Coaching aims to help us achieve our personal or professional goals.
The coach, through specific techniques and questions, guides and supports the coachee on their journey to achieving their aspirations.
Coaching focuses on skill development, problem-solving, decision-making, performance improvement, and change management.
It is based on a relationship of trust and mutual respect, where the coachee is encouraged to become aware of their internal resources and find their own solutions.
The objective of coaching can be:
Achieving a professional or personal goal.
Resolving a problem or a blockage in one's life, with one's spouse, work colleagues, etc.
Adopting behaviors that benefit one's health (quitting smoking, etc.).
Living better with medical treatment, coping with illness, managing pain.
Knowing how to express one's needs and communicating more effectively.
Managing stress, managing time.

What is NLP?
NLP was born in the 1970s, like Transactional Analysis and Process Communication. It focused on modeling (in all modesty...) human excellence: how successful people in a given field succeed.
NLP offers tools for questioning (the MetaModel of language), modeling (Pyramid of Logical Levels, Metaprograms), and change protocols.
What does NLP mean?
Programming: Through our education and our experiences, we have been "programmed." NLP aims to "deprogram" us. Example: I often react the same way (annoyance) when my daughter doesn't do well on her math assignment, and of course, it doesn't help her... I'd like to find other options, other, more appropriate behaviors to help her succeed.
Neuro: This programming is inscribed in my body and my neural system. In my example: negative thoughts, the emotion of anger.
Linguistic: All of this is conveyed through language, in my communication with others, what I say, what I don't say. In my example: when I communicate with my daughter, or with my hypnosis practitioner.
What is Ericksonian hypnosis?
It is a therapeutic approach developed by American psychiatrist Milton H. Erickson. This method is distinguished by its flexible and non-directive approach, aiming to harness the person's unconscious resources to induce change.
These unconscious resources are accessed through the hypnotic trance state, traditionally presented as an altered state of consciousness, a state that is neither waking (consciousness) nor sleeping (unconsciousness, dreaming).
It is more accurate to present it as a heightened state of consciousness, where the unconscious brings all its resources to the conscious mind.
Ericksonian hypnosis uses indirect suggestions, metaphors, and personalized techniques to adapt to each individual.
It emphasizes the individual's autonomy and promotes problem-solving through their own internal capacities.
Ericksonian hypnosis is traditionally used to treat disorders such as anxiety, depression, phobias, mood disorders, and chronic pain.
Like NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis is based on the belief that each individual possesses the necessary resources to make positive changes in their lives.
